The Arizona Molecular Clinical Core (AZClinCore) offers Chimerism and Pharmacogenetic testing.

The AZClinCore is not a direct-to-consumer laboratory, therefore any test requests must be placed by a physician.  Your treating physician can contact AZClinCore for ordering details and submit a requisition using our iLab submission portal or by faxing it to (520) 626-7701.

The AZClinCore is not an in-network provider for commercial insurance.  Please check with your insurance carrier for out of network genetic testing benefits.

The AZClinCore is a Medicare provider.  Please contact your treating physician to discuss your testing needs. They will determine your genetic testing eligibility and submit a test requisition.

AZClinCore ensures that patient data are accessible in a timely manner only to those individuals who are authorized to review test results. Please contact your treating physician to obtain and discuss your test results.

If you are unable to obtain a patient report from the original provider, please Contact Us or call (520) 626-5002 to make a Patient Report request. If a patient report is requested by anyone other than the ordering clinician or patient, the AZClinCore adheres to restrictions on disclosure. Verification of an individual's authority to obtain patient reports may be confirmed via the ordering clinician or the patient/legal guardian. Reports will only be released after verification has been obtained.
