Ordering Services

AZClinCore Services can be ordered through our iLab Operations Software Clinical Portal. Please create an account to begin using the iLab system and contact AZClinCore to request access for Clinical Services.

Shipping Instructions for Sample Submission

Receiving Hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Routine Service)
Closed Weekends and Public Holidays (see University Closure Schedule)

Ship samples overnight at room temperature, Monday-Thursday only. Blood samples will only be accepted if they arrive within 96 hours after collection (see test-specific specimen collection details).

Infectious Material Shipping

The AZClinCore is certified to handle BSL2 agents. Infectious substances requiring a higher level of control should not be sent to the AZClinCore. Please contact the AZClinCore for additional information.
